Our Story
Texas Construction Servicing 1 was founded in Austin to fill a critical gap in the commercial construction market. We saw property owners struggling to manage multiple contractors—one for roofing, another for cleaning, a third for renovations.
We decided to build something different: a single-vendor partner that could handle roofing, facility cleaning, and comprehensive rehabilitation work. One contract. One team. One point of accountability.
We started in multifamily residential properties, learning the unique challenges that property managers and investors face. Now we’re expanding across the full spectrum of commercial facility services.
